Payments
Payments are in Euro, Sterling Pound, and US Dollar payable by
cheques, cash or Credit Card. All major credit cards are
accepted.
All credit card payments are in Euros. Please note that the cost
of your booking is converted using our bank’s exchange rates on
the day of the transaction.
Once the credit card is processed, or the cheques is cleared we
will email or post your confirmation and accommodation voucher
to you, as well an official receipt for your payment and all
your booking details.
Payments by credit card to us have money security through your
Credit Card Company.
Rates
We reserve the right to change our rates at any time. This does
not affect any guaranteed bookings.
Cancellations
The hotel has the right to cancel any booking that haven’t been
confirmed.
Booking cancellations are treated as below:
Cancellation Charges
Up to 14 days 100%
From 28 to 15 days 60%
Over 28 days deposit only.
Misbehaviour during your stay in Maleme Imperial that might
cause distress or danger for injuries to other clients or the
staff, or damages to the property, will terminate our agreement.
Extra expenses that might occur from that action are not the
Hotel’s responsibility.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all persons travelling must have
travel insurance. Payments via credit card usually provide
travel insurance covering also in some cases travel delays, loss
of baggage’s etc. Please check with your credit card company.
